Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If an order is cancelled within the eligible time, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • SairaSlik reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
